We want you to love your 32 Degrees gear, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn and unwashed items within 45 days of purchase. Please note that for hygienic reasons, certain items like underwear and face masks are final sale and cannot be returned.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process.
Print Your Label
Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid USPS return shipping label.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible and drop the package off at any authorized USPS location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
